Orange County Booking Lookup: Inmate Location, Bail, Visits, Mail and Court Status
Orange County no longer operates a simple open roster page. The current Inmate Information System sits inside an authenticated Public Services Portal, requires an email-and-password account, and does not display inmate charges in its present version.
This guide explains the full path: create the portal account, locate the correct person, use the booking log or court system for charges, identify the jail facility, post bail correctly, schedule visitation, deposit money, send permitted mail, arrange calls or video, and troubleshoot delayed release or a missing record.
