What the jail provides
After classification, inmates receive a basic packet with a comb, toothbrush, soap, and toothpaste. Female inmates have access to feminine-hygiene items. Additional approved items may be purchased through commissary. Indigent inmates may receive certain hygiene products and writing materials. Free deodorant is not provided.

A qualified health professional is available at all times to respond to emergencies.
The Sheriff’s FAQ says dental staff visit twice weekly and doctor’s sick call is held five times per week.
