Trust-account deposits and bond payments are different transactions. A deposit gives the inmate account funds and does not release the person.

Legal mail must use pre-printed, pre-stamped or metered-postage envelopes. Only loose paper is accepted; contents may not be bound, stapled or otherwise fastened. Legal-mail manila envelopes are confiscated and destroyed, with replacement storage envelopes provided by the Corrections Bureau.
